I currently serve as the Mission & Impact Coordinator for The Arc of the Capital Area, a nonprofit organization that empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independent and fulfilling lives. My role focuses on building strategic partnerships, community engagement, fundraising, and connecting businesses and community leaders with opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Prior to joining The Arc, I spent more than 20 years advocating for vulnerable children and families as a CASA volunteer and Guardian ad Litem. My husband and I were foster parents for many years and ultimately adopted our daughter, which further strengthened my passion for serving others and building strong communities.

I am actively involved in Rotary, local chambers of commerce, and professional networking organizations throughout Central Texas. I enjoy developing relationships, connecting people with resources, and creating partnerships that benefit both businesses and the communities they serve.

I am joining RMB Austin Metro to expand my network and connect with like-minded professionals who are passionate about growth, and making a positive impact in our communities.
